Joint research unit in nanomedicine and sensors

Joint Research Unit in Nanomedicine and Sensors aims for the research in the nanomedicine area (for controlled drug delivery and medical imaging), as well as in the sensors area, with the objective to progress in diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of diverse pathologies in oncology, neurology, urology, infectious diseases, rare diseases, cardiovascular and metabolical diseases, to solve problems not addressed and to innovate in new protocols to improve the management of diseases in the clinical area, and specially the quality of life of patients.
