Cytomics Unit
The Cytomics facility has a FACSAria-III cell sorter which allows the isolation of homogeneous cellular populations. These cell-enriched samples could be employed in many research areas such as cancer, stem cells, immune function, oncohematology, cellular therapy, etc.
A FACSCanto-II flow cytometer and two high-content screening systems (Scan^R, Olympus, and InCell Analyzer, GE) are also available, permitting the acquisition and automated analysis of high content images, enabling the simultaneous staining and acquisition of up to 5 different fluorescences.
