Join us for a rare opportunity to meet not one, but two Nobel Laureates who've helped shape modern science.
Joining us will be Dr. Avram Hershko, awarded the 2004 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for his groundbreaking discovery of the ubiquitin system, which explains how cells break down and recycle proteins-an essential process linked to cancer, rare diseases, and aging.
He'll be joined by Dr. Jack Szostak, Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2009, known for his pioneering work on telomeres and telomerase, key players in cellular aging and stability. Szostak is currently a professor at Harvard University.
Both will take part in an open conversation, moderated by Estela Sánchez, a PhD student in the Experimental Hepatology Unit, and Dr. Violeta Pellicer, from IIS La Fe's International Office.
Whether you're a scientist, a student, or just curious about how cells work and how Nobel-winning discoveries happen, this is a moment you won't want to miss.
