5/Donation Procedure and Accepted Means of Payment

Users can make donations through the IIS La Fe website following the procedure and by the means of payment indicated in the "Donate now" section.

Once donations have been accepted by the IIS La Fe, they are irrevocable, without prejudice to the provisions of civil legislation governing the revocation of donations.

In the event of wishing to make a donation, the Donor, in an initial form, will select both the amount of the donation and the chosen means of payment (credit card or bank transfer), provide their personal details and click on the "next step" button. The Donor must fill in the information requested, undertaking to provide true, accurate and complete information about his or her identity.

If the Donor wishes to make the donation by credit card, he/she will connect to the secure website of the payment system provided by REDSYS, where he/she will be asked for his/her credit or debit card details: card number, expiry date and security code. The virtual POS page has a security protocol to guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided. Payment can be made using the following types of card: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

In the event that these entities do not authorise payment, IIS La Fe accepts no responsibility for failure to formalise the donation. The user must notify IIS La Fe as soon as possible, by email to info@iislafe.es or by telephone on +34961246700, of any undue charge, by error or fraud, that he/she observes on the card used to make the donation on the Website.

The IIS La Fe will have access to the donor's credit card details, as well as to the entity processing the payment, for the purpose of managing payments and collections. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing bank.

In the event of wishing to make the donation by bank transfer, IIS La Fe will provide the Donor with a bank account number. IIS La Fe will have access to the details of the current account number from which the bank transfer is made. It should be noted that only after completing the fields on the initial form will it be possible to access the IBAN owned by IIS La Fe.
