IIS La Fe receives €358,800 from IVACE+i to boost its Scientific Unit for Business Innovation

The La Fe Health Research Institute (IIS La Fe) has been awarded €358,808.40 in funding from the Valencian Innovation Agency - IVACE+i Innovació, under Line 2 of the Programme for the Valorisation and Transfer of Research Results to Companies.

The funded project, titled "Boosting the Scientific Unit for Business Innovation (UCIE)" and led by Dr. Judith Márquez Climent, obtained a score of 86 points, ranking among the eight projects selected in this call. The grant will be distributed over three years (2025-2027).

This funding will strengthen IIS La Fe's UCIE, a strategic structure aimed at enhancing knowledge and technology transfer from research to the business sector, fostering innovation and improving the productive model of the Valencian Community.

With this support, IIS La Fe reinforces its commitment to innovation, public-private collaboration, and the valorisation of research results as a driver of economic and social progress.
