Human Resources Strategy for Researchers of IIS La Fe

The European Commission has adopted the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct  for the Recruitment of Researchers, as key elements in the European Union's policy to make research an attractive career giving individual researchers the same rights and obligations wherever they may work throughout Europe.

The Medical Research Institute of the Hospital La Fe (IIS La Fe) has signed the Letter of Endorsement of the Charter & Code.This Declaration of endorsement by employers and funders of IIS La Fe will be followed by a concrete action plan for the implementation of the Charter & Code principles within the framework of the "Human Resources Strategy for Researchers incorporating the Charter & Code". 

IIS La Fe was awarded with 'HR Excellence in Research' as a provider of a stimulating and favourable work environment. This award reflects our commitment to continuously improve our human resource policies in line with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
