Management Areas

The Quality Area aims to ensure and coordinate all the agents involved in quality in order to meet the requirements of IIS La Fe clients, manage continuous improvement and advise groups and platforms on the implementation of quality management systems.

Tasks

  1. Advice and implementation of Quality Management Systems under GLP, GCP, GMP, GMP, ISO 9001 and UNE166002 standards.
  2. Coordination of the indicators of the Institutional Plans, as well as the performance of the quality management systems in which they are directly involved as guarantor of quality.
  3. Support in the elaboration of the general procedures of IIS La Fe and other units.
  4. Follow-up of continuous improvement actions.
  5. Conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits.
  6. Coordinate the performance of customer satisfaction surveys and collaborate in the dissemination of the results.
